Conditions of Hire – Instructions are provided to ensure safe operation of equipment and should be followed at all times. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the instructions are known to all concerned.
Responsibility – The hirer is responsible for any loss, damage or injury occurring whilst complying with the instructions or that caused by lack of reasonable care.
Equipment is regularly checked and maintained and items accepted by the hirer shall be deemed to be in good condition. Under no circumstances should the inflatable be moved or re-positioned by anyone (other than a representative of Bendy’s Bouncers)
The hirer must read the safety instructions provided.
Power supply – The Hirer is responsible for providing a suitable and safe power supply.
Return – The equipment must be returned in good condition.
